GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
• In case of cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the date of arrival: The paid deposit can be transformed into a voucher which can be used for a booking during the current or next year.
• In case of cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the date of arrival or no show: The deposit will be lost.
• For the “NON-REFUNDABLE” rate, in case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Arrival, non-arrival Conditions:
The arrival must occur on the fixed day between 5 and 8 p.m. All the occupants of the apartments must show, at their arrival, their identity cards or passports for the registration. If they have a delay, they must immediately inform the Tourist Enterprise; if they don't do it, the apartment is kept free until the following day (10 a.m.), then the Tourist Enterprise can rent it to third parties.
If the client leaves before the fixed day, he can never obtain a reduction of the rent paid on the arrival.
Departure:
On the fixed day the apartments must be left within 9 a.m.
The departure should occur during the office hourse, so that the stuff of the Tourist Enterprise can check the apartment and see if it has been left in order. If the client leaves during the night, the Tourist Enterprise will send him back his deposit after the check on the state of the apartment.
The apartment must be left in order and perfectly clean, especiallyu the kitchen area; the fridge must be empty, the rubbish taken to the green containers, the dishes washed.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - RESTAURANT
Payments:
The amount for meals (breakfast/dinner) must be paid by the Client in a single payment at the time of check-in, together with the apartment rental fee and, in any case, before the keys are handed over.
Early Departures:
In the event of an early departure compared to the booked period, any amount already paid for meals will not be refunded, reimbursed, or compensated under any circumstances.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
In case of force majeure or special circumstances, the Management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to move the booking, even partially, to one of our similar facilities under the same price conditions and with the same services.
